- Log out of Canvas, log back in, and try to access the video-related page(s) again.
- If the problem still persists, check your browser and cookie settings and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- If these solutions do not solve the issue, submit a ticket and include the following information:
- Your operating system (Windows/Mac)
- Your operating system version number
- Which browsers you've attempted to use to access video content and their version number
